All orders are meant to be fulfilled locally. Currently, we do not offer any international shipping.
Upon checkout, the user will be prompted to provide their Name (as in NRIC/FIN), NRIC/FIN number, and Date of Birth. This is in accordance with the Singapore Ministry of Health’s guidelines, which requires patient authentication in the provision of goods & services from medical clinics.
All personal information provided are kept private & confidential, and will only be used for the purposes of patient authentication and verification.
We offer Same-Day Shipping for orders placed and payments completed before 5PM. For all purchases and payments processed by 5PM daily, will be delivered to users on the very same day. All orders processed after 5PM daily, will be delivered the next day.

For orders above $100, enjoy free shipping!
For orders below $100, a $12.50 shipping fee will be applied.
There will be additional surcharges for shipping to the Tuas area, Sentosa, Changi Airport, Changi Airline House area and Changi Aviation Centre.
Orders will be dispatched for delivery within the same day of payment confirmation and the user will receive an email notification when the order has been transferred to our courier partner.
Our fulfilment clinics operate from Monday – Friday 9am – 5pm. We have a strict process to ensure all orders are processed promptly and that shipment delays are kept to a minimum.
You will receive an sms notification from our delivery partner once your order is out for delivery.
While we and our courier partner work hard to meet the same-day delivery promise, there might be occasions where, due to unforeseen circumstances, deliveries get delayed. We appreciate your understanding and patience in such scenarios.
All medical goods and services are strictly non-refundable once your order payment is processed and confirmed. This is due to the sensitive nature of medication and health services. Thank you for your understanding.
