   Select the relevant teleconsultation service through our online booking system and provide the required information.
   
   
2. Share your symptoms and medical history
   Be prepared to explain your symptoms, when they started, any existing medical conditions, current medications, and relevant allergies. This helps the doctor assess whether your concern can be managed remotely.
   
   
3. Consult with a doctor
   The doctor will review your information, assess your condition through the appropriate remote consultation method, and discuss suitable treatment options. Additional information or an in-person examination may be required.
   
   
4. Receive advice and follow-up instructions
   Depending on the doctor’s assessment, you may receive medical advice, a prescription where appropriate, or recommendations for an in-person consultation. Medication and delivery arrangements depend on the prescribed treatment and service availability.

Depending on the doctor’s assessment, our listed teleconsultation services include consultations for:

• Skin concerns: Selected skin conditions, including acne
• Women’s health: Menstrual pain and period-delay consultations
• Urinary concerns: Selected symptoms of urinary tract infections
• Travel health: Advice about travel-related medication
• Other selected services: Emergency contraception and prescription vitamins, where clinically appropriate

Not every condition can be assessed or treated remotely. The doctor will determine whether teleconsultation is appropriate based on your symptoms, medical history, and clinical needs.

Our online shop lists selected teleconsultation services at S$20 per consultation. This fee covers the consultation only and excludes medication and delivery charges.

The total cost may vary depending on the service and any medication prescribed. Please review the individual service listing for the applicable fee and inclusions before booking.

Some conditions require a physical examination, diagnostic tests, or treatment that cannot be provided remotely. If the doctor determines that teleconsultation is unsuitable, you will be advised to attend a physical clinic or seek other appropriate medical care.

Telemedicine is not intended for medical emergencies. If you experience chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe abdominal pain, uncontrolled bleeding, or other potentially life-threatening symptoms, do not wait for a teleconsultation.
