Dr Jackie Lam graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S). Dr Lam has had several years of experience in emergency medicine and children’s emergency, and is well equipped to consult patients of varying acuity levels. Deciding to follow his dreams of serving the community, Dr Lam chose to establish himself as a General Practitioner in the heartlands where he can reach out to the residents and provide them with affordable and quality medical services.
Dr Lam has made it his goal to ensure that every patient has the best patient experience possible, and is well known for his amiable personality and great rapport with his patients.
When off-duty, he continues to work in various emergency departments, both in public hospitals, private hospitals and KK hospital’s Children’s Emergency. He is also interested in research and published 2 articles with the Singapore Medical Journal.
Dr Kay Pang Yuxian graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2018 with a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (M.B.B.S). She decided to pursue her passion of giving back to society by becoming a General Practitioner. With a great desire to improve the wellbeing of her fellow countrymen, Dr Pang has made it her personal mission to promote wellbeing and improve health outcomes one patient at a time.
Known for her meticulousness and keen eye to details, Dr Pang constantly strives to improve the standards of Keystone Clinic & Surgery. She works tirelessly with her staff to track patient’s feedback to enhance the clinic’s processes to ensure that she provides affordable, patient-centred health services to the community.
Dr Pang believes in modelling the way and strives to maintain a healthy lifestyle so that she can be a better role model for her patients. An avid floorball player, Dr Pang was actively involved in her hall’s floorball club and continues to hone her skills whenever she has the chance.
Dr Ho Ying Jie graduated from National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S). He has completed various postings ranging from Internal Medicine, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Anesthesia, Cardiothoracic Surgery and Emergency Medicine. With a keen interest in health screening and chronic disease management, Dr Ho decided to utilise his wealth of experience to bring holistic and individualised healthcare to the community. He has since furthered his post-graduate training by adding to his belt a Graduate Diploma in Family Medicine, and is also accredited as a Family Physician under the Medical Registration Act (Chapter 174).
Dr Ho believes that it is important for everyone to live a balanced lifestyle in order to enjoy a healthier life with a peace of mind. He advocates for continuous care and is always more than happy to take the time to explain to his patients on various methods on how to increase their overall well-being.
Off work, Dr Ho enjoys basketball and is a huge movie buff. Understanding the significance of rest amidst a busy schedule, he encourages his patients to follow his footsteps and make time to find their own ways to rest and recharge.
Dr Simone Quek earned her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2018. Dr Quek has had multiple years of experience working in both a hospital as well as a clinical setting.
Dr Quek has a genuine passion for medicine and prioritises the human aspect of healthcare. She is well known amongst her patients for her patience and compassionate care. Dr Quek actively listens to her patients and their loved ones, encouraging them to express their concerns and questions. She also has a strong commitment to patient care, and never fails to go the extra mile for her patients and their loved ones when necessary.
With her combination of medical expertise, interpersonal skills, and ethical principles, Dr Quek holds firmly to the belief that every patient, alongside their loved ones, deserve the best patient journey possible.
Dr Long graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S). He has built extensive clinical experience through the breadth of postings available in our restructured hospitals. As part of the NUHS Family Medicine residency program, he spent three years developing his holistic approach towards patient care and expanding his knowledge across various disciplines.
As a keen believer in self improvement, Dr Long sat for the Membership of the Royal College of Surgeons (MRCS) exam to join one of the four surgical royal colleges in the UK and Ireland. After months of intensive studying and practice to gain the necessary knowledge and skills, Dr Long was awarded the MRCS (England) as a testament to his abilities.
Dr Long decided to bring his wealth of experience and clinical acumen to the heartlands so that his patients could benefit from more holistic medical care. He hopes that he can contribute to a healthier Singapore by providing affordable care of the highest quality. He also believes that all his patients should be treated as friends and strives to build lasting relationships with them.
Outside of work, his biggest hobby is food hunting and he can often be found reviewing the local fare in our hawker centres. He also walks the talk by keeping active in his spare time, hitting the gym and swimming regularly. He hopes to lead by example and encourage his patients to lead the healthy lifestyle that they desire.
Dr Clara Chew attained her Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S) from the National University of Singapore (NUS) in 2020. Beyond her academic excellence, Dr Chew was also part of NUS’ Touch Football team and represented her university in various competitions as she believed that sports was another way for her to maintain a balanced lifestyle.
Since graduation, Dr Chew continues to champion positive physical and mental health practices in everyday life. She always emphasises this to her patients as she believes that these practices are the only way to continually improve healthcare outcomes and trust between patients and their doctors.
Dr Woo Bo Jun graduated from the National University of Singapore (NUS) with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (M.B.B.S). His clinical experience include Orthopaedics, Internal Medicine, Accident and Emergency, Obstetrics and Gynaecology and Pediatrics. Back while working in the public institutions, he was awarded the Outstanding National PostGraduate Year 1 Award for his hard work and dedication towards patients. His areas of interest include treating Orthopaedic related conditions and minor surgical procedures, and he has multiple first author publications in internationally renowned Orthopaedic Journals.
Dr Woo firmly believes in providing holistic care to his patients, which includes encouraging routine screening and required vaccinations in the prevention of diseases. He believes in the spirit of giving back and is an active alumni of Hwa Chong Institution, and has also participated in overseas community service projects.
