The Healthier SG (HSG) Vaccinations (renamed in 2025 from National Adult Immunisation Schedule) was established in November 2017 to provide guidance on vaccinations for individuals aged 18 years and above to protect themselves against vaccine-preventable diseases.
Since 1 November 2020, Singaporean adults can enjoy subsidies for recommended vaccinations under the HSG Vaccinations, and can use their MediSave for co-payment of these vaccinations. Eligibility criteria for subsidies apply. MediSave eligibility criteria and limits apply.
Prior to taking any vaccinations, please consult with your doctor for advice on your recommended vaccinations.

For eligible Healthier SG (HSG)-enrolled Singapore Citizens, you can receive fully-subsidised ($0) vaccinations under the HSG Vaccinations scheme at your enrolled HSG clinic.
For Singapore Citizens who are not enrolled in HSG or have enrolled but did not visit your enrolled HSG clinic to receive the recommended vaccinations as per the HSG Vaccination scheme, you will not be able to enjoy the copayment waiver. However, you can still enjoy the price fee caps after government subsidies.
For Singapore Citizens who are not enrolled in HSG or have enrolled but did not visit your enrolled HSG clinic to receive the recommended vaccinations as per the HSG Vaccinations scheme, you will receive vaccination subsidies from 50% to 75%. Pioneer Generation and Merdeka Generation seniors will also receive an additional 50% and 25% subsidy from their subsidised vaccination bills, respectively.
At both CHAS GP clinics and polyclinics, MediSave can be used to pay the remaining co-payment cost for these vaccinations.
Individuals are encouraged to check with your healthcare provider on the vaccination cost before receiving the vaccine.
Do note that if individuals do not meet the eligibility criteria for the vaccination subsidies, he/she will need to pay the charges as indicated by the clinic.
