Please note that we DO NOT ship outside of Singapore. If you place an order from outside of Singpore, your order will be automatically cancelled and refunded, and you will be charged a small admin fee.
Our fulfilment clinics operate from Monday – Friday, 9AM – 5PM.
We offer Same-Day Shipping and Teleconsultation for orders placed and payments completed before 5PM on our working days.
All orders processed after 5PM daily, will be delivered the next working day.
Self collection will be available on the next working day after the order has been placed.
For self-collection, do take note that our clinics are only open from 8am-8pm daily.
