Suggested use

For treatment: Take 1 capsule 3 times on the first day, then 2 capsules daily thereafter, between meals with a large glass of water

For maintenance: 1 capsule a day (1o billion gastro-protected microbiota)

Capsules may be opened and mixed with yoghurt. To preserve gastro-protection, do not take sublingually.
