Suggested use:
- Before applying, clean your hands thoroughly with soap and water to prevent introducing bacteria.
- Squat down to apply an adequate amount of gel to moisturise the dry feminine area, including vaginal canal.
- Apply the gel 2-3 times daily or as needed.
- For sexual intimacy: If using the gel specifically for comfort during sex, apply it 5-10 minutes beforehand to allow time for it to spread and moisturise. A little extra can be applied to your partner’s genital organ or to the outside of your vagina (vulva) for added comfort.
